Realtyna Property Listing (RPL) is a Listing & Multi-Listing software that has been produced by an Online Real Estate Portal named Realtyna.com and for its own use. RPL has been updated and evolved several times since February 2008 till now and has been under different Live & Stress Tests on a High Traffic web portal like Realtyna.com.
All these facts explain why we are so confident on claiming that RPL is one of the most sophisticated and stable Joomla Property Listing software available in the market. 1-What is this RPL?
RPL is a Property Listing Component based on Joomla with lots of advanced features.
2-What is the Licensing Model for RPL?
All Realtyna software products are based on GPL License Model, so you are free to use the software and components unlimitedly on any number of domains. However patches and automatic updates to the components will be valid and available for One Domain only per purchase (Or as specified in the Licensing Model). About Magic Updater, because the component downloads all the updates from Realtyna Servers, it cannot be used for domains without license.
5-Which user groups does this system have?
Currently the system supports 2 user groups: Administrators and End Users
6-What can administrators do in this system?
These users are system administrators and can add users, add categories, validating or pending users or the properties he added.
7-What can end users do?
Some end users have username and password and can add, edit or delete some limited properties. Other end users who don't have username and password can only search in the added properties.
8-How can I add a category?
For adding a category, you must have administrative privilege. You must go to the backend of the real estate component and click the Category Manager. You can add new categories or edit and delete the existing ones.
9-How can we define property addresses in this system?
In this system the address of a property can consist of 4 parts. The first part will be the country, second part will be the state or province and the third part will be the city. The fourth section which is optional is the territory in the city in which the property is located. You can set and define different places in Country Manager in the backend.
10- Is it possible to edit the added properties?
Each person can only edit the properties added by themselves. You can go to the property manager and edit the property.
11-What is "Removed Property”?
This part shows the properties that the user has removed from the listing. If he desires to have them back, he can simply restore them.
12-What is currency convertor system?
This system receives information about rate of currency from a valid organization and provides the users with the ability to search for their property in any currency. For example, suppose that a property is added with AED (the currency of the UAE).A user from England can search with Pound (the currency of the UK) and the system will convert it automatically.
13-How can I add a new property?
In order to add a new property first you should be registered by admin and then click on “Add Property Wizard” menu when you are login.
I am registered in the system but I can’t add a new property, what should I do? After registering, you must be confirmed by the admin of the system. Otherwise you can’t add a new property in the system. If you haven’t been confirmed yet you should send an E-mail to the admin and tell him the problem.
14-The process of adding a new property is too long, what should I do?
You can click on Finish button when it appears beside Next and Back button. When you get to the page that Finish button appears it means that you have entered the basic information of your properties. However in the next version of RPL, and excel database import/export feature will be added to the system. Then you can export hundreds of properties with one click in you listing.
15-Where can I see the properties that I have added?
When you are logged in you can click on “property manager” menu to see the properties you have added.
16-I deleted one of my properties from property manager by mistake, how can I restore it to the list of my properties?
When you are login go to “Removed Property” menu and click on the restore icon in front of the property and restore it to property manager list.
17-Why there is no result for my search in “Property Search Engine”?
For text search you should use real estate related words and avoid using words like ‘or’, ‘and’, ‘+’, etc
18-How can I see the added properties of a particular Agent?
You can view the agents list and then click on their added properties.
19-I added a property but I can’t see my contact info such as Tel, Yahoo ID, Skype ID…beside my property in details page?
If you're an agent user,you can complete your info in the Profile Manager section.
20-How can I have a list of my favorite properties as bookmarks?
There is an option “Bookmark this property” in details of each property click on that and it will add the property to your bookmark list and if you want to see the list you can click on “bookmark list “menu.
21-How can I request for my property to be shown as Hot Offer or Featured in home page?
In this case you must contact the site manager.
22-What should I do about my property to be shown in the first page of search results?
In order to do so, be sure to enter the specification and description of your properties completely and be careful to choose appropriate Meta tag keywords for your properties.
23-What is property Rank?
This is a rate from 0 to 10 which is given to each property by the system and the higher the rate, the better because it will be shown top in listing. This rate will be calculated automatically by the system based on a series of factors like completeness of the information, frequency of the page visit, etc.
24-How can I get API code for Google map setting?
Google requires all users to obtain a unique "API key" for each site that implement Google maps. It's 100% free and takes about thirty seconds to sign up. First, visit http://code.google.com/apis/maps/signup.html and enter the url of your website.Agree to the terms and conditions and click "Generate API" to receive API code.Yours will be different from mine because it will contain your own specific key value. Copy and paste it into backend of your website and it is saved automatically.
25-which languages does the software support?
RPL is based on .INI files and can be translated to any languages. Usually the translation should be done by the site owner. Another point is that Right to Left languages like Arabic are not supported yet.
26-When I am searching for properties, is it possible to view similar properties too?
Yes, one of the customized features of RPL is related properties and when you are surfing pages of your search results, you can see related properties at the bottom of each page.

Well i was always looking for one nice lil smooth program for real estate, but i never found what i was looking for. The problem is everybody is thinking in open source, so that it is very regular that everybody also think ... "you dont have to pay"!
I was not sure for first, but i am optimist so i give a lil trust and pay for the produkt.
WHAT DID I GET...
a first class support and everythink what belongs to it and the programm. Them peoble are great and help like crazy, in good couple hours they take care of everthing and even during the job they take care of you over skype,
and even them lil extras you need , they also take care about this. Everythink works great my programm is perfeckt and its a user programm so everybody can work with, you see immediatly that software is made from profis!
I really dont think i pay to much or i have problem with this, becouse i already work with it during other peoble still trying out the open source for free.
